The 2007 Austin Chocolate Festival competition entries are listed below.

Each vendor can enter as many categories as they wish and are automatically entered into the most popular sample and best booth contests. The public and a panel of professionals will judge the competitions and the winners are based on their votes. Professional Level Competition - (only open to festival participants)
Best Truffle - judged by an industry professional during Black Tie Dinner Sat. March 3rd
Best Sculpture - judged by an industry professional during Black Tie Dinner Sat. March 3rd

This years Professional Competition will be judged by Dorian Isenberg of J Dorian Chocolatier in Addison. Dorian has studied with Jacquez Torres in New York and currently offers guests of  the J Dorian storefront a view of the creation of a wide variety of European-style truffles, chocolate bars and chocolate-covered delicacies. http://jdorian.com (bio)

Best Frozen Dessert - Saturday March 3rd 10:00-12:00 PM (tickets)

Most Creative Dessert - Sunday March 4th 10:00-12:00 PM (tickets)
