Professional Chocolatier Kevin Wenzel will show you how to handle chocolate like a professional. Kevin will show you how to make chocolate set up, a process known as tempering chocolate.

learn the origins of chocolate, the history of chocolate, and about chocolate production and manufacturing.

Chocolate Harmony - Sunday 2:30-3:00
