Saturday March 8th Demonstrations

Saturday 10:30-11:00 - Wiseman House Fine Chocolate -
Chocolatier Kevin Wenzel demonstrates how to temper chocolate in a microwave.

Saturday 12:30-1:00 - Igna Fire -
Chocolatier Clara Serrano demonstrates the process of grinding and sweetening raw cacao beans.

Saturday 2:30-3:00 - Moose Milk - 
Michelle Tubilla shows how to prepare her hot chocolate and will show you how to serve it with whipped cream and sprinkles like she has done since she was a kid.  Michelle will also demonstrate how to make what she calls a "Party in a glass" which is the Moose Milk Shake.

Saturday 4:30-5:00 - Barefoot Wines and Fat Turkey Chocolate -
Austin Duke of Barefoot Wines will do a chocolate and wine pairing with Fat Turkey Chocolate Company.

Saturday 5:30-6:00 - Gelato's -
Gelato's will be giving an overview of the history of Gelato and describe how their hand-made Gelato is made just like it is made in Italy.

Sunday March 9th Demonstrations

Sunday 10:30-11:00 - Bakerman's Bakery -
Do's and dont's of preparing ganache.

Sunday 12:30-1:00 - Innocent Chocolate -
Chocolatier Rosita Alvarez of Innocent Chocolate shows how to use raw cacao powder in smoothies and provides some sauces recipes.

Sunday 2:30-3:00 - Luxe Sweets -
Pizza for Dessert?

Sunday 3:30-4:00 - Fara Cafe Coffee-
How to make the perfect mocha late.
 
Sunday 4:30-5:00 - Chocolate Harmony Children's Demonstration (Hands On) -
From Heidemarie Vukovic pastry chef and chocolatier owner of Chocolate Harmony in Houston. Children will learn how to make a chocolate dessert with marshmallows and chocolate and a brief history of chocolate.
