Returns Policy:

All ticket sales are final. The Chocolate Festival will be held rain or shine. Guests can exchange their tickets for another time slot if tickets are still available for that time slot up to 1 week before the event. All merchandise sales are final. If you purchased the wrong size or color of an item we will exchange the item upon receipt of the original item in new condition within two weeks of original sale. You will be responsible for returning the product to us for exchange.
